Amateur Radio Comes to Indian River RV Resort

Indian River RV Resort in beautiful northern Michigan is HAM-friendly! We offer access to VHF/UHF and HF antennas for nearly all bands. A new DX Commander Signature 18 was unveiled in May 2025. Plans are underway for a mobile custom-built Ham Shack where you can plug in your radio and enjoy a clean, quiet, air-conditioned space to operate using our antennas, RigRunner, and power supplies. This season will be a gift to HAM operators with our long summer days stretching into the peak solar cycle, ensuring excellent 10-Meter operation. And that’s only one advantage of staying with us: we’re conveniently close to Burt Lake and Mullett Lake, which offer water sports, fishing, and boating. Our trails extend for miles for biking, running, and ATVs. If golf is your game, there are many beautiful public courses. Indian River RV Resort is THE place to enjoy your hobbies this summer!
